The Pino Room

The Pino Room is a superior room (27 sq. m.) furnished in the warm colors of pine wood, to ensure you have a relaxing stay, surrounded by nature. A corner of peace away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is located on the second floor of Agriturismo Fondo Gioconda (accessible by stairs). It is equipped with a king-size double bed 180×200 (or alternatively two king-size single beds 90×200).

Inside your Pino Room you will find:

Bed linen, comforters, two pillows per guest; 

Independent heating, air conditioning and mosquito nets in all windows;

Free Wi-Fi throughout the facility;

Courtesy set and hair dryer;

Slippers;

Bathroom equipped with a window with a crystal shower stall;

Bath linens (towels);

Smart TV / Netflix;

Sofa/sofa bed;

Coffee or tea machine with pods available to guests;

Minibar;

Entrance with magnetic cards;

Large fenced outdoor garden with tables and chairs;

Free parking;

Luggage storage;

Washing machine with detergent available to guests inside the Facility;

Ironing board and iron inside the Facility;

Magnetic card lock;

Excluded services: breakfast and food service is not provided

Check in: from 16:00 to 22:00 on the day of arrival

Check out: within 11:00 am on the day of departure

Payment: credit cards are accepted;

Cancellation: In case of “no show” (no arrival, without any communication) the deposit will be retained.
